The Estates Homeowners Association uses PayHOA online service to better serve our residents.  The goal of this new system is to streamline communications, reduce administrative costs, and provide simple, online payment options for our residents.  Please register by clicking the sign up button below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: Why should I sign up?
A: The PayHOA system will give you the added convenience of being able to make  payments online via electronic check or credit card. Our goal is to keep all correspondence related to a property owner in one place within PayHOA, easily accessible by you and the HOA board.

Q: Do I have to add my email address to PayHOA?
A: We highly encourage you to sign up with your email address, as this will help us improve our ability to communicate with you on an ongoing basis.  This will also reduce unnecessary costs the HOA incurs annually.  A single required mailing to all residents costs $400.  The more we email, the more our funds to go pay for repairs and improvements.

Q: If I sign up for PayHOA, will I still get paper statements mailed to me for my annual dues?
A: Yes, we will still mail out paper statements for annual dues if you choose, please note this adds to costs incurred by the HOA. Please help us reduce unnecessary expenses by switching to paperless billing.  If paper billing is needed  or required, please let us know by emailing [email protected].

Q: Are the online payment options safe?
A: Yes! PayHOA meets PCI Level 1 compliance for safe and secure transactions.  Credit Card payments are handled by Stripe, the same processor used by Amazon, Google, Lyft, and many other online companies.  ACH check payments is handled by Plaid which handles payments for companies like Venmo.  If you are unsure of the convenience of online payments then old-fashioned paper checks are still accepted at 4200 Academy Drive, Opelika, AL 36801.

Q: Are there fees to pay online?
A: There is a credit card convenience fee of 2.9% of the transaction.  If paying by a checking account, there are no fees.
